The letter T on my laptop will not work. For example, my password to sign in to my laptop has a T in it, but I cannot get into my laptop because the T doesn't work. I can't change the password bec my Apple ID has a T in it. Any suggestions?

Thank you, Jack. We also purchased a new keyboard that attaches by USB. All the letters on the keyboard work except the t. It must be something other than just the keypad for the t. I should contact Apple to get a clue as to what is going on. I can't go into the system to determine exactly which MacBook Air it is. I just read the website page and didn't realise this was a problem. Will contact Apple. Many thanks, Jack.
