App Store charging extra
How do I get my money back from App Store who overcharged me for a game?
i bought the mine craft game listed for $9.98. But when I purchased it $36 was charged to me card instead.

A Glitch, Perhaps?:
If charged more that shown in the App Store, then it seems to be a glitch. So, rather than request a return over the Web, I'd say it's best to contact Apple Support about this over-the-phone for ASAP service.

Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
