When can I open Sony a 7riiiA row file in MacBook and desktop? My Mac software is updated. I am flustered.

There's the list. Doesn't appear to be there. Alternatives: Use Adobe's free DNG converter or use an app that has it's own raw decoder - I wonder about apps like Adobe's Lightroom Classic, for instance.
If this
is the same camera - and yes, we know, there's a wide variation between what different outlets call Sony models - then it is supported for Raw on Monterey.
I knew this camera is not on the list. My question is WHEN apple will update it’s software to allow this “new “ camera’s raw file to be open on Mac? Or never? This camera has been on the market for more than 6 months now. Thanks!

No, most Mac users don't have this problem, only those using this particular camera. Explore the alternatives mentioned above, or get a supported camera. Those are your option, frustrated or not.

SONY ALpha ILCE-7R IIIA which was released in June or July 2021. I have Monterey.
We are all other users here and do not work for Apple, so we do not know when Apple will make it available. You need to check with them.
