I purchased something online about 3 months ago using able pay and haven’t received the item. I didn’t know if u could help me find out where it is or how I can get a refund?

If you bought it from Apple Online Store, contact them using this link:--> https://www.apple.com/contact/

In all other circumstances, contact the seller and explain your problem.
