hi all can someone tell me why and how to fix the issue with phone not ringing when the Facebook app is open.

While I work I listen to videos on facebook but my calls do not ring, I can only see the banner above but the video is still playing, there is still no response from facebook, much less a solution. It worked for me go to: Settings>Phone>IncomingCalls and switch from banner to full screen, that way when I'm watching the video and a call comes in, the video pauses completely and no sound, so you can see the call in full screen and not just banner.
Only allows you to turn on push for max of 8 hours.
I checked my Facebook setting and push is already on.
After a day or so, it isn't ringing at all while on Facebook. So, the above 'fix' didn't work!
Somebody at Apple please get together with Facebook and Please Fix This!

I totally agree with you Brett305. It’s apple’s responsibility. They should do something about this asap…
LOL. Yup, but ASAP came and went a long time ago. But they can fix it with the next update, and should.
