grainy photos

The photos taken with iPad Pro 5th gen are grainy and the colors are not correct. The iPad has had little use, I have five iPads, this one and the previous one take these horrific photos, is there a fix for it?

Understood It shotinaz,

We'd recommend testing in some different lighting environments, with and without flash, to determine if this was caused by the lighting or if this persists across multiple scenarios. Additionally, take a photo with a focus up close and one focused on a far object. That will help narrow down the cause. Let us know what you discover!

Cheers!

There was no cover on the iPad and camera settings were never adjusted. Used as aim and shoot. There was room light coming from the left of the subject but it was filtered through drapery and the Christmas tree. The flash was set to auto. All of our Christmas photos were garbage nothing came out clear. It is very frustrating! I have no idea why this is happening!
