Connecting PowerBeats to a Samsung tv

How do I connect my Powerbeats to my Samsung tv? It has connected before but now the tv will not recognize the beats

Clear the previous pairings on both the TV and the Powerbeats, make sure there is no other device within range for the Powerbeats to auto connect with, and try again.
