Can't connect my Beats to Apple TV 3

I'm trying to connect my Beats to AppleTV 3rd. I go to Setting-> General -> Bluetooth and the searching spinner spinning forever without any result.

What I'm doing wrong?

Both AppleTV and Beats software are updated, charged, and very close to each other. I've put Beats in pairing mode and without pairing mode, same result - nothing.

Nothing that you are doing, the Apple TV 3 bluetooth was designed for only connecting a blue tooth keyboard. If you want to listen to using your headsets it is time for a Apple TV 4K.
