Beats Studio Pro won't stay connected to Samsung TV

I can add the studio pros to the tv's bluetooth list, can choose connect after pairing and then the tv goes back to the tv speaker. the Samsung tv even comes up (in the top right corner) offering to connect to the beats and when you choose connect it switches to message on the top center of the screen saying it's trying to connect (icon of bluetooth appears and a line circles around the bluetooth icon and says it can't connect) and to check device. headphones work on other devices and other Samsung tvs without issue. TV is Samsung QLED 4k HDR Smart TV (2021). headphones have been deleted and added back in numerous times and the Samsung is up to date with its software as are the headphones.

Same problem. My work-around is to pair and connect my AirPods or Jabra earphones, anything that will connect. I turn on my Beats Studio Pro and the TV asks if I want to connect the BSPs. I answer yes and then there is a prompt asking if I want to disconnect the earphones and connect to the headphones. Answer yes, and that’s it. Works every time. Seems like a Samsung software glitch. Hope this helps.

I had stumbled on the same solution. However, additionally, if I close the case and the air pods turn off, the Beats do too. I have found that the air pods have to be on and working for the Beats to work with my Samsung TV. My solution was to plug the air pod case in with it open and the air pods in it and active. Otherwise if the air pods lose battery power or the case closes, the Beats quit working.

I can pair them to my iPhone easily, but the Bluetooth connection is unstable. Great when on a call, but then the connection unexpectedly drops and then resumes a little while later. I hate to have to return these, but if Apple doesn't provide a fix, I have no choice. I've tried all the usual fixes: "forget this device" and then pair it again. Update firmware, etc. Nothing works.

I was on the phone with Samsung and then Apple for quite a while. The Samsung associate did everything she could but all failed The apple associate was quite knowledgeable but still had no idea why the beats wouldn't connect.

I told the apple associate about an anomaly that I found when setting up these beats studio pro. In settings/accessibility/Audi & Visual/headphone accommodations , there is a setup for "Custom Audio Setup". Apple and Beats Headphones are supported. When I tried to set my beats studio pro up with customization (because there is no beats app for iPhone), an error pops up and says that these headphones are not supported. I think that is a huge clue about how these headphones are not going to work with a lot of devices, including my iPhone 15 max pro.

The apple associate got her supervisor involved and they agreed that there is an issue with the beats studio pro and I should return them. So, I did!
