Unable to listen with two pairs of headphones on Apple TV

I have an Apple TV 4K with Wi-Fi + Ethernet, Two sets of Beats Studio Pro wireless headphones. The apple support page Listen together with two pairs of headphones on Apple TV - Apple Support

indicated that is possible to listen to both sets of headphones on the same show or music at the same time.

The instructions regarding the control panel were entirely available on my set. I spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with apple support and their conclusion was that it is impossible to listen to more than one bluetooth headset at a time regardless of brand or make. They would not acknowledge the information on their support page.

Connect one set as you would normally. Then add the second set through the Control Center interface, through the Headphones﹥Share Audio﹥ option. It helps if each set has been paired previously, one at a time, so that they’re already known connectable accessories.

Is your Apple TV box running tvOS 18.0?

Where do you get stuck? How far in the steps can you get?
