Apple card - stop emails from Goldman Sachs

I used Apple Pay to buy an iMac, then returned it. Though my Apple Pay balance is $0, I keep getting a monthly email from Goldman Sachs. There's no "unsubscribe" or "change email preferences" option in their emails. I tried calling their customer service but they said there's nothing they can do, they'll just keep sending the emails until the end of time. I guess I'll just close the card, though it might slightly affect my credit. It seems like there should be a way to unsubscribe from some of their emails, or that Goldman Sachs would have some flexibility about this.

They are legally required to send you a monthly statement by email and when you make a payment. Closing the caccount is the only option.
