My watch keeps going black even after resetting, any ideas besides shipping it back to Apple?

Anyone know why to do if resetting it doesn’t turn the screen back on?

Apple Watch Series 6, watchOS 7

You might try these steps first:

If your Apple Watch won't charge or it won't turn on - Apple Support

And make sure Screen Curtain isn't enabled:

Use Screen Curtain with VoiceOver for your Mac, iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, and Apple Watch - Apple Support
