When entering field test mode utilizing *3001#12345#*, field test page is blank when selecting my carrier.
tried to do the same with my SIM card and an iPhone 11 with iOS 15.2 and it worked.
Tried to force close and reopen, restart phone, enable / disable airplane mode and reset network settings - nothing made the field test page show any info at all

In that case make a Genius Bar appointment and have your iPhone checked. Or your carrier no longer supports this for the 13 Pro Max.

I am trying to point out that there is likely something wrong (bug) with Apple Field Test Mode. My SIM card is fine. What is not fine is that the same SIM card end up having two different behaviors in the very same iOS feature, in two different phones with the same os version - being one of these behaviors simply not working at all.
I am able to see network carrier information in my old iPhone 11 phone utilizing the very same SIM card, and nothing shows up in my iPhone 13 Pro Max field test screen with the SIM card that shows data in the iPhone 11 - all is just blank
I just want to check my iPhone modem LTE channel selection and whatever carrier aggregation my iPhone is using - my carrier won’t have any information to give me. My phone has that info. And I am not able to access this in my brand new iPhone.
P.S. It does work on mine using AT&T.
