Music stops whenever phone locks! Why? Whenever I shut my phone off the music stops. Or really I can’t hear the music playing but the song is still playing. Only with my screen off. If I let the screen shut off by itself audio stops. I tried restarting it and force quitting the app. This is happening with all apps! No sound, videos without headphones Hello, so I had this issue where my iPhone sound stopped altogether. I think it started with a crackling noise during phone calls. Ever since then, I cannot watch videos or play music without my headphones or Bluetooth speaker. Neither am I able to shoot videos (camera app, Snapchat, everywhere) if my headphones or Bluetooth speaker is not connected. does anyone have similar issues? Any recommendations for a fix? Could this be a virus, a software issue or hardware problem? Thanks
