Apple Pay refund

I sent someone money on Apple Pay and they didn’t get it how do I get a refund? I have proof the person did not receive the money it said “Apple Pay services are currently unavailable” and the person still never received the money.

They have 7 days to accept the money. After that time, it will be refunded if not accepted.

You can also cancel the transaction provided the cash has not been accepted. Long press on the Cash item in messages to cancel.
