Move to New Outlook for Mac

On clicking toggle to move to New Outlook, it says 'Loading.... it may take a few moments - and the message remains the same after leaving it to load for hours. What am I doing wrong?

Same issue for “CC” field However if you do same in e.g. firefox or chrome there is no issue Also my own mac with same OSX has same issue! Apple support suggested reinstalling OSX, but since two macs have exactly same issue, I wonder why this would help. These old macs cannot be updated further, so that is not an option. Any suggestions?

Outlook for Mac - Search retrieves no results End user is not able to search anything in latest outlook 16.57 ad spotlight . Outlook for Mac Hello, When I start Outlook for Mac, an infinite number of mail and calendar windows open one after the other... I have tried restarting, deleting and reinstalling Outlook for Mac.
