Iphone 8 Receiver/front microphone Voice Volume Low

Hi guys 🙋🏻‍♀️

I have been struggling with this issue for a long.

Here is the thing; when I receive calls or make a call I can’t hear very well. But the ringer is OK.

During call;

-Voice volume is very low

+ If I choose speaker on screen, the voice volume is OK

+ Speaker works properly (verified by caller/receiver)

*Turned back to normal with update then problem occurred with other update. And it went like that many times -in the loop...

Hi,

Sorry to hear you are having issues with your iPhone.

You mentioned that the issue occurs intermittently based on certain iOS updates. If you think the issue may be related to software, I would recommend placing your device in recovery mode and restoring to factory settings via iTunes on a Mac or PC.

This will erase the device, including the currently installed iOS, then reinstall iOS.

This should resolve your issue if related to software.

However, if the device has liquid or accidental damage, or you think it is not related to software, I would recommend contacting Apple Support for further assistance, and to possibly run diagnostics on the device to confirm hardware failures.
