Notes lost after synchronize with icloud

Hi,

I have been using my IPAD for a while to write notes and became aware they were not synchronizing with my iphone. So I went and turn on icloud sync. on the ipad, however the result is that I have now lost all my existing notes. I remember that I receive a box saying "combine" but from what I can see I have now just lost all my notes.

I would truly appreciate your help on how to restore. I have a security copy from yesterday before I made the change, could that be use to restore the notes?

It looks like you reached out from the article If you're missing notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. We can help.

Just so we are on the same page, were you able to check the Recently Deleted folder as described in the above article? If your missing notes weren't there, but you made a backup, you can definitely restore from that to try and recover the missing notes.

Keep in mind that any changes you've made since creating the backup will be lost when you Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup.

Give that a try, and see if there is any improvement.
