Thin vertical red line

I just bought an iPhone a week ago. and i am sure it hasn't fallen so far. But it has started to show a thin red line which comes and goes. But if i change the display brightness it ll appear. When i spoke to my provider they were saying your phone must have been fell down, which isn't right.

Any expert what i should do now. I have apple warranty.
