Activity app

We have 2 apple watch 4, 2 iphone 12 on same apple ID. It has started to add the activities, steps, etc. from the two people. Sometimes happens late in the day. It never did this before. Can this be turned off?

When I go to view my friend's activity on my Apple Watch, it says "To Start Sharing your Activity, use the Activity app on your iphone." Recently, when I go to view my friend's activity on my apple watch, it says "To Start Sharing your Activity, use the Activity app on your iphone." I go to my iphone and everything is the same. Updated Apple Watch Took Away my activity friend I updated my watch last night and was in a competition with my brother on my activity. Now it says that I don’t have any friends and “to start sharing your activity, use the Activity app on your iPhone” When I check my activity and watch app on my iPhone it has him on there, but still nothing on my watch. This is extremely frustrating. Please help ASAP

This is what happens when you share an apple id,and things will get worse.

1 phone/watch = 1 apple id;
