Since the upgrade in December 2021, there is an issue with export to .pdf . The margins/gutter (according to Amazon self-publishing KDP software) shift.
Is there an option to obtain my document with the setting before the upgrade?

Apple's Pages generates EPUBS that are purposely compatible with Apple's Books application. They are not generated for Kindle viewing and you may need to separately generate a Kindle document using Amazon's Kindle generation solution.

Are you talking about producing a book to be printed on paper?
Margins do not export to pdf properly since 12/21 upgrade
