If I purchased APPLE ONE subscriptions will apple automatically cancel my individual subscriptions that are now included in the apple one?

See Bundle Apple subscriptions with Apple One - Apple Support and the section If you already have an iCloud storage plan or other subscriptions. If you have a subscription to iTunes Match you might need to cancel that manually. It isn't needed once you're using Apple Music as part of Apple One.
