imessage not showing read

iMessage shows delivered but not read once the message is read. Earlier i could see read next to the message when it was read, but now it just says delivered even after the person replied.

fix?

Unable to send iMessages to myself on my iPhone X When sending a "text" message to myself using my iPhone X, it only sends SMS messages (green bubble). Audio, Memoji, Stickers not working in iMessage Hello, I recently got an iPhone 13 Pro Max. it is currently updates to iOS 16.1.2 The Audio, Memoji & Stickers are not working in iMessage I have turned of Voice recognition and dictation off. It is still not working Any help?

Apple ID for iMessage I’m using my Apple ID for iMessage it work for sending messages to other iPhone user but when I try to send to an android user it says not delivered when I try to send it again it still says the same what do I do?

The Read receipt will only appear if the receiver you have sent the message to has that configured on their device. It is possible they have changed that setting. Check that first before attempting any additional troubleshooting.
