Stuck in restore mode

6th Gen IPAD Wi-Fi Cellular is stuck at restore screen.

I've tried iTunes different versions and the latest version on win10, tried different USB cables too but always get error 4013.

Data is backed up by Apple but I don't care about the data I just want to get it working again.

I'll try anything as can't afford to replace it.

Continually getting a 4014 error when trying to restore an iPad (7th Gen) I have tried to restore an iPad unsuccessfully and am getting continually getting the error "iPadOS cannot be restored on this iPad. When I connect my iPad to my Mac to restore it, it keeps giving me a 4013 error. I have support apple.com/ipad/restore on my iPad air and when I connect it to my Mac to restore it it keeps giving me a 4013 error. How can I fix it? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

That usually means a hardware or firmware problem, and a discussion with Apple.

If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
