My iPad mini 5 wifi is stuck in recovery mode. Trying to restore through iTunes in my windows laptop. Getting error msg 75 or 1100 repeatedly. Tried several times. Can someone help?

Stuck in restore mode 6th Gen IPAD Wi-Fi Cellular is stuck at restore screen. I've tried iTunes different versions and the latest version on win10, tried different USB cables too but always get error 4013. Data is backed up by Apple but I don't care about the data I just want to get it working again. I'll try anything as can't afford to replace it. TIA.

ipad not able to update or restore error code 4013 ipad not getting update or restore..getting error code of 4013 and ipad stuck at support.apple.com/ipad/restore..any idea on how we can fix this? I have tried all the steps..restarting my laptop/internet connectivity/changing usb cable.Thanks.

Given what you’ve already tried, use the Get Support link in the upper right, and discuss your options and alternatives with Apple.
