ipad not able to update or restore error code 4013

ipad not getting update or restore..getting error code of 4013 and ipad stuck at support.apple.com/ipad/restore..any idea on how we can fix this? I have tried all the steps..restarting my laptop/internet connectivity/changing usb cable.Thanks.

You appear to have arrived with the Support Community from the most appropriate support page:

If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support


If you are experiencing difficulties, try using a different USB port on your computer. If using a USB-C, you may have more success with a USB Type-A port.


Otherwise, you might be best advised to seek assistance directly from from Apple Support. You can contact the Support Team using the Support link at top-right or bottom-left of this page.


Alternatively, if you have access to another Apple device, you can initiate and manage your support cases using the excellent Apple Support App. If not already installed, the App can be downloaded from the App Store:

You might also visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to provide assistance:
