I need help removing the virus/pop up. I am not very computer literate. Please help.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities.

Use the Malwarebytes for Mac tool to remove any malware.

I tried Malware Yates but couldn’t get it to load here in Italy…

What error do you see when you try to get Malwarebytes?

Sorry to take so long to respond. Had problems posting. I re-tried the Malwarebytes and it installed and scanned. MIT seems to have solved the issue. Thank you so much!
