Can't Update App as the Terms and Conditions won't show and not able to accept

Hi all, it's been a few weeks since this New Terms and Conditions window popped up and asked me to accept the new term. However, after clicking ok, all I see is a blank screen, and there is nowhere to click. (see screenshots below) Since then, I haven't been able to update any apps which drove me insane! s


There are a bunch of similar bugs reports on the internet, and I tried all the solutions: reset network, re-sign in iCloud, etc, nothing has worked! Does anyone have a similar problem? Any Apple IT expert could help, please? btw, I'm using the latest iOS 15.2. Thanks!

We understand you're unable to accept the Terms and Conditions on your device. We see from the screenshot that Low Power Mode is enabled. If you disable Low Power Mode, does the issue remain:


Use Low Power Mode to save battery life on your iPhone


Additionally, do you have any restrictions enabled as shown here:


Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
