How to switch altitude units from FT to meter ?!
The way I understand this is from the COMPAS app, but I don't see how to change compas units for elevation from FT to meter.

If you are asking about AltimeterPlus, just scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen for "Settings," and choose Meter.
It appears to me that setting in Compass cannot be changed. Read Change elevation units from meters to feet - Apple Community for further details and the suggestion to file a Feedback report.
it is default compas application I see on the apple watch (series 7 if that makes any difference), I have "compas" and "elevation" as widgets from the compass application, the compass widget shows a miniature compas and elevation shows two arrows (up/down) and between then a number and FT unit, if I click on it it opens compas app that starts with compas scrolling down I can see bearings, incline, elevation, latitude and longitude ... and at the bottom "add bearing" button and a txt that compas can be affected... but no "Settings" button.... if I go to watch settings and find compas the only settings offered is "use true north"

This was an App I had previously downloaded for my iPhone. On my Watch it is listed as "AltimeterPlus," but the name in the App Store is actually Altimeter+.

EDIT: tried out, works nice but missing this "complication" feature so I can't show it on the watch face :(
