I have an old Mac Pro. After I entered the password, press enter, the screen showing the “loading” then all the sudden, the screen goes black.
I tried to restart/reboot
command + option + P + R
and still doesn’t work.
please help!!!

If your Mac starts up to a blank screen (white, black, gray, or blue)
Yeah I did everything. I guess I will call customer support.
in a meantime, any other options that I can try??
