warranty coverage problem

hi people, today January 3 I bought my MacBook Pro 13 2020 M1 chip, totally new and sealed, im trying to activate the warranty date on the apple website and its says "unable to determine the purchase date" how can i activate? I bought today in a importer shop, not apple reseller. of course I have my purchase receipt and the laptop is new of course..
