fraud

Hey everyone so recently i started a new job and i set up direct deposit of course.. So my check came and when i woke up my account was cleared someone transferred my money to their apple cash & i called my bank to dispute the transaction and they said they can’t do anything and to contact Apple because it’s 3rd Party i need help i just lost $400 what can i do to get my money back?
