Lets temporarily disable calendar syncing for Comcast and check to see what birthday events are showing.

Next, enable the Comcast account and disable the iCloud Calendar syncing.

Check your events again to see what the difference is. This will help us further isolate the issue to determine which account is causing the duplicates.

Let's also go to the iCloud website here: iCloud and see if they appear under Calendar.

If the issue persists, can you provide a few more details? If you go to that persons contact, does it show multiple birthdays? Do you have multiple contacts for the same person? Also, are the birthdays showing up on a different day or all on the same day?
