Lost moode

I received message that lost mode was activated, but why the device location is not updated

Hello tetiana19, 


Apple Support Communities is a great place for help with Find My. From the description, it sounds as though you’ve enabled Lost Mode, but the location of the device isn’t updating. If you’re still able to see the devices location, that would be a good indication that the device is still in that location. If the location isn’t visible such as the device is showing offline or Find My isn’t working, you may find the following article helpful in reaching a resolution.
