4th Gen iPod Locked

Years ago, my little sister was locked out of her 4th Gen iPod Touch. The only thing I can do from my computer is restore it. Is there a way we can have it unlocked and still keep it as is?

Only if you have a back-up. If not to undisable it you will lose all the content on the device.
