App certificate

I downloads and an app called “ImInn” and it started action up and eventually crashed so I deleted. I keep getting these annoying messages popping up saying that the certificate is not trusted. Now, even though I have deleted the app I still get these pop up messages all the time. Anyone know how I can stop them?

Go to Settings/Calendar/Account and delete the subscribed account.
