Cant turn off screen time
I cant unlock my screen time passcode with apple ID bypass...everytime i enter it it doesnt do anything. someone help!

As it says in the article above, If you still have issues resetting your Screen Time passcode, contact Apple Support.
It may mean moving all your valuable assets like photos and documents to iCloud then resetting the phone to factory settings and not restoring a backup which would retain the Screen Time.
