Bug in screen time

I m not able to change or turn off my screen time passcode despite so many tries....i also try forgot passcode but it won’t help me...after entering apple ID and password it again count as fail attempt and I won’t redirect to to page of changing passcode of my scree time.....CAN ANYONE HELP ME IN THIS...!!!!!!
