I restarter my macbook air, and when i downloaded the ios it just keep asking for a disk password. I dont understand what the disk password is because i have tried my own password and no apple-id is connected to the mac.

It appears that you have FileVault on, and "Disk Password" might even be a user account.

Please go to Disk Utility (Finder > Go > Utilities), and select "View" > "Show All Devices". Select each device (or entry shown), and take a screenshot of it and upload them all here.
