Where do I find a password to unlock the “Macintosh HD”
I’m trying to restart my MacBook because I forgot my password. And restarting it it is asking for a password to unlock the disk for”Macintosh HD”

Did you enable FileVault? That would be the password it is looking for.
If FileVault was enabled, the password would be the one you forgot.
You may also be able to use a Recovery Key if you set that and wrote it down.
