You have a lost or stolen device, or a device that is indistinguishable from a lost or stolen device.

You need the Apple ID and password holding the Activation Lock, or proof of original purchase showing the serial number or IMEI and a discussion directly with Apple.

Activation Lock is intended as the theft deterrent, and is deliberately not easy to bypass.

If the email address hint shown (n*@gmail.com) is yours and has been forgotten, you can try to reset that to regain access. Here is how:

If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

If you forgot your Apple ID - Apple Support

How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support

Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support

No one here can assist with this reset or this unlock, and—without proof of ownership—Apple will not assist.

And if this was recently purchased or found, and given you're asking here, that usually means that the seller is unavailable or not responding or has disappeared, so no refunds and no unlock will be available from them. Which usually means you got scammed.

Without that Apple ID and password, or proof of original purchase, your remaining option is to recycle this device, as it will be useless to you.

And for completeness, if this was a used purchase or a found device, no, Apple will not identify the previous owner of the device.
