Mophie Dual Wireless Charging pad's led keep turning on when charging AirPods Pro

Just bought a Mophie charging pad and it worked just fine. When I put my AirPods Pro on the pad it did charge and the led on the pad was turned on and then off after 20 sec or so. However, after about 20 mins the led on the pad went on again then off in 20 sec just like before, and the loop kept on. The led on the AirPods case didn't light up though. I am not sure if this was a problem but I'm a little concerned about it. Does anyone know what was going on?

Hey Latusunny,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities! We understand you have some concerns related to your wireless charging pad and AirPods. Let's help.

Where did you purchase that Mophie charging pad originally?

Do your AirPods take charge without issue when using the cable that came in the box? Or, when using a different wireless charging pad? If your AirPods won’t charge

Have you tried unplugging the Mophie charging pad and plugging it back in?

Have you tried changing the charging cable or wall adapter to the pad?

How about moving the charging cable to a different wall outlet?

Latusunny,

Thanks for checking back in with us.

If the Mophie wireless charger is able to charge other products just fine, your AirPods may not be sitting on the charger pad properly. Also, if you have your AirPods Charging Case in a protective case, remove that and try charging on your Mophie again.

It wouldn't hurt to try charging your AirPods using a different wireless charging pad too. Just to isolate further.

Charge your AirPods and learn about battery life

But keep us posted.

Regards.
