i am not able to use the question mark or exclamation point. Is this a bug. I am on the normal keyboard main page. I hit the up arrow and everything changes to capital but the , and . Stay as only option. No matter what section I go on 123andsymbols or symbols only this continues. Let me know if there is a fix.

Simply try restarting your device. If that doesn't help go to settings, general, scroll down to transfer or Reset iPad. Then click Reset on the bottom of your screen. After click Reset Keyboard Dictionary. Make sure your device is updated to iPadOS 15.2. For more help click the link bellow to schedule a call with Apple Support.
