Home Advisor in Morocco

Hi,

I've been wondering if someone can help me. I am a moroccan student and I heard about the " Apple Support College Program At Home Advisor ". It seemed like a good opportunity to gain experience to and finance some of my college life expenses at the same time. But however, I was shocked to see that my country was not in the list althought the program was said to be worldwide.

So my question is the next: Can I still apply for the program even if I'm not a U.S university students ?
