I checked all software , carrier setting are up to date. what should I do ? For one call I hv to try minimum 3-4 time. Please resolve call drop issue .

Just wondering if you have the same issue as my partner. She has a 12 pro max, every time she calls she can’t hear me but I can hear her, hang up and dial back and it’s fine, after a certain time in the call she can’t hear me.
I know people will say contact service provider but we are both using the same network and I never have this problem
Ok thank, I’ve passed this on to her and she has made a request for a new SIM card
It doesn't matter if you have the same carrier, often the issue is a configuration issue on their end, or if you are using a physical SIM you may be sent a new SIM card.
