Retrieve serial number from non-working iPad

The Model and Serial Number should be on the back of your iPad. The writing is very small and may be difficult to see but hopefully you will see it.

1. Go Here: Check your Apple ID Device List to See where you're Signed in - Apple Support
2. Click: on the device
3. View: the Serial Number
