why Does my cellular go away and my phone turns off and on by itself ?

Resolve SOS Only issue after iOS 16.2 update Hi, Not sure if people were able to resolve this. I upgraded my iPhone 13 to iOS 16.2 and suddenly my phone lost the ability to connect to mobile/carrier signal. It just shows "SOS" on the top. The list of options displayed in Settings -> Cellular also looks very different. Any idea how to resolve this? Thanks,

Did you follow all the instructions in the article you came here from? If you did and it didn't work go to the last step and contact Apple Support.
