My snap got hacked. They scammed me and took $163 out of my bank account through Apple Pay. How can I get that back and make sure they are not in my bank account

Assuming it's an Apple Cash transaction, you can't get it back as you authorized it. They wouldn't be able to be in your account without your account details and cannot get money through Apple Pay without you authenticating the request. To be safe, you could change your password with your bank. Report it to the police.
