We'd love to assist you. Are you referring to using iMessage on your PC? If that is the case, then iMessage can't be used on a PC even if it is linked to your iPhone.
If you want to have an Instant Message app on your PC, then you can search for one or reach out to Microsoft Support for suggestions.
