Apple Pay For Kids

Trying to set up Apple Pay for my 16 year old. I have followed all the instructions. Went to settings, family sharing, Apple Pay and My phone is telling me that her Apple Pay is already enabled.

Her phone shows that it is not enabled and when I toggle to turn it on, its saying that she doesn’t meet the age requirement.

To set up Apple Cash Family you must first close any accounts that children already had. Make sure that the balance is zero then go here - Manage your Apple Cash account - Apple Support next, go here - Set up and use Apple Cash Family. (Additional support links View and limit your child or teen's Apple Cash activity, Leave Apple Cash Family, Apple Cash and person to person payments limits)
